Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof will required.

Deposit Policy

One nights tariff is required as deposit for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival. Less than 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the booking total. Cancellations 24 hours or less shall incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking total.

No Show Policy

Please note, in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome, and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Check-in Policy

The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Check-in is from 2.00pm only, unless organised upon booking and a tariff applies.

Other Policy

Rooms are serviced weekly on Mondays. If you require extra towels during your stay, or your room to be made up, please let us know, a fee will apply.
No smoking in the pool area.
2 designated smoking areas are available on site, behind reception and in front of the laundry.
We do not permit smoking in rooms, or on the veranda outside of rooms.
